If you wish to cancel your verification status, you must submit a formal request through the OKX website. Provided your account has no pending disputes or activities compromising transaction security, the Platform will review and approve the cancellation within seven business days.

Compliance with Laws

Severability

Force Majeure

If delays exceed ten days from the receipt of notice, the unaffected party may terminate the agreement without liability.

The Platform is not liable for losses resulting from:

- Malicious activities by third parties
- Technical issues beyond the Platform’s reasonable control
- Government actions
